An Inspector will be with the project through its entirety. From reviewing the specification, pre tender site tours, and Inspections along the various stages. Ensuring the Painting Contractor has completed the project to both the Specification requirements and industry standards. The Inspector ensures that the surfaces have been properly prepared and coated as specified.

The specifications document surface preparation, paint systems to be used, and the paint application methods. Specifications can be very technical, leading to confusion. This is why it is recommended to have a third party review the specifications before work commences. This can save: time, money, frustration and potential legal costs.

An independent review of a project with a painting related problem. An unbiased, detailed written report will be provided. The report will contain: observations and findings with attached photographs, an inspection summary of the findings and suggested remediation's.
